UPDATE: Justin's victim's response to the whole ordeal!
So by now we all are wondering whose phone number (248-417-5346) Justin tweeted Saturday night. Turns out it was the number of a teenage guy in Detroit who hacked Justin's friend's Twitter account! It was Justin's way of having revenge! Pretty funny stuff.
